The first step in creating a Palazzo Home involves you telling us what you require and need in a home. We schedule a meeting with our Architect/Designer to obtain a fully detailed brief and budget expectation from you. After inspecting the site and obtaining surveyed contour details we create concept floor plans and elevations of your proposed home.

Upon final approval of the design and a schedule of finishes, you will be provided with a fixed price for the construction of your home. When you proceed towards construction, Palazzo Homes will liaise with all relevant Government Authorities to obtain all necessary licences and permits for the construction of your home, keeping you informed of all progress regularly.

The further required scope of work that we undertake, on your behalf, will be entirely up to you. We find our clients will entrust us with every aspect of the project including interior decorating, landscape design/implementation and furniture selection.
